Word agent

With the Word agent you can open a case document with a single click in the full desktop Microsoft Word installed on your computer - instead of a browser-based editor. After editing, the familiar save (Ctrl+S) automatically returns the document to Flowyer, directly among the case documents.

No more downloading, editing and re-uploading by hand - and no version mix-ups: you can choose whether saving creates a new version or overwrites the existing file. You get the full Word toolset (formatting, templates, comments, track changes) while the up-to-date document always stays with the case.
