Main responsibilities:
- Further development of our existing system and implementation of new features
- Integration of AI-based solutions
- Integration with external systems
- Optimization of development processes
- Code review and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant development experience
- Confident knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Node.js and React.js experience
- PHP development experience
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with version control systems
- Independent work and proactive approach
- English language skills for understanding documentation

Customer Service Representative
Main responsibilities:
- First-level customer support via phone and email
- Answering software usage related questions
- Managing and updating user documentation
- Forwarding customer requirements to the development team
- Communication with lawyers and law firms
- Conducting customer training and demonstrations
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- User-friendly approach and problem-solving skills
- Confident computer skills
- Precise, reliable work ethic
- Confident English language skills in both speaking and writing (for daily communication with international clients)
- Team player attitude
