Every case in one place: documents, deadlines, finances and the full history - without digging through folders and mailboxes.

Cases
Complete case records with timeline, comments, financial data, and the clients and adverse parties assigned to each case.
Litigation history / minutes
Recording the events of the lawsuit and the hearing minutes in one place, chronologically, tied to the case - the full litigation history can be looked up without rereading the documents.
File management
Version-controlled document storage with unlimited space. Entire folder structures can be uploaded in one move, accidentally deleted files can be restored from the recycle bin, and any folder can be shared with colleagues as a link.
Folder sharing
Two sharing modes for external parties: a folder shared for document handover is read-only, and the system generates a viewing confirmation together with a document fingerprint; a folder shared for uploading hides its contents from the uploader, and the firm is notified of every incoming file.
One-click Word editing
Case documents open directly in your local Microsoft Word, and the saved document is returned to the case as a new version automatically - no downloading and re-uploading.

Court hearing dates in a dedicated register, connected to the calendar.
Appointment booking
Your clients pick a free slot themselves within the limits you define - no email back-and-forth. The system sends automatic confirmations and reminders, and for online consultations it even creates the Teams or Google Meet invitation on its own and sends it to the client. The booking interface can even be embedded into the firm's own website.

Compiling statements from the recorded items, with reusable templates.
Rate management
Hourly, flat and unit-based rates per client and per case - the system calculates with the correct pricing. Flat-fee arrangements can have a monthly hour allowance, with a separate hourly rate for hours above it; a cap can be set for hourly billing too. The system notifies the case owner when 50, 75 and 100 percent of the allowance is used.
Invoicing
Issuing invoices and payment requests directly from the system, with Számlázz.hu integration - in multiple languages and multiple currencies. For foreign-currency items the system automatically applies the daily central bank (MNB) exchange rate.

Communication

Communication with clients and authorities kept next to the case - not scattered across mailboxes and portals.

Client portal
An orderly, encrypted channel for client communication: clients can be directed here instead of emails and phone calls. What the client writes cannot be retracted or edited afterwards, so the communication remains traceable and authentic - and of course files can be shared with each other too.

Listing, downloading and assigning Cégkapu messages to cases directly from Flowyer - without automatic acceptance, with full control for the firm.

Control over your data

The data belongs to the firm, not the software: every register and document can be taken out of the system at any time.

Data export
The registers can be exported in several formats (Excel, TXT, CSV), and the uploaded files can be downloaded at any time - the firm's data is never locked into the system.
OneDrive backup
Every night, the system automatically saves the documents to the firm's own OneDrive account as an extra copy, so you can access your data even offline.

A separate database for every firm

Each firm's data is stored in its own, isolated database on Google Cloud infrastructure - firms' data is never even physically mixed.

Official APIs over encrypted channels

Connections to external services (Microsoft 365, Cégkapu, Számlázz.hu) run through the providers' official interfaces over encrypted channels, and transfer only the data required for operation - never the substance of your cases or documents.

Two-factor authentication

Login can be protected with two-factor authentication (2FA), and access can be controlled per staff member through permission levels.

The interface is available in five languages: Hungarian, English, German, Italian and Romanian.

For firms working with foreign clients, client communication also goes out in the right language.
