Microsoft Calendar Integration

Microsoft Calendar Integration

Calendar management is an essential part of daily life in law firms: tracking court dates, deadlines, meetings and internal events. Most offices use Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar for this – but manually transferring events to the case management system is time-consuming and error-prone.

Flowyer's Microsoft Calendar integration solves this problem: the system provides two-way synchronization between Microsoft 365 calendar and Flowyer.

How does it work?

Two-way synchronization
Events created in Flowyer automatically appear in the Microsoft calendar, and vice versa – events recorded in Microsoft calendar are also synchronized to Flowyer. No double data entry required.

Recurring event support
The integration fully supports recurring events: daily, weekly, monthly and custom recurrence patterns, including modification or cancellation of individual occurrences.

Real-time updates
Through Microsoft Graph API webhook notifications, changes appear immediately in both systems – no need to wait for scheduled synchronization.

Color coding and categories
Events can be marked with color codes, making it easy to see at a glance which event relates to what.

The integration communicates through the Microsoft Graph API with OAuth 2.0 authentication – data is synchronized securely through encrypted channels.
