What can the HR module do?
1. Digital management of leave requests
Forget paper-based requests and email ping-pong! Your colleagues can submit their leave requests in the system with just a few clicks:
- Annual leave – management of statutory and additional leaves
- Sick leave – with the option to attach sick leave documents
- Unpaid leave – recorded separately
Requests are automatically sent to the authorized approver, who can accept or reject them with a single click – even with a justification.
2. Transparent leave balance
Every employee can see their own leave balance in real-time:
- Annual entitlement (basic leave + additional leave)
- Days used
- Days remaining
- Leave carried over from the previous year
The office manager or HR responsible can instantly review the leave balance of all colleagues.
3. Office calendar – who is on leave?
The built-in calendar view immediately shows who is on leave on which days. This is particularly important in law firms, where:
- Court dates need to be coordinated
- Deadlines must be met
- Client meetings need to be organized
- Substitutions must be arranged
The calendar can also be exported in iCal format, allowing synchronization with Google or Outlook calendars.
4. Automatic substitution management
When submitting a leave request, the employee can designate a substitute. This ensures clarity on who will take over tasks during their absence – crucial for continuous case management in legal work.
5. Probation and contract expiration monitoring
The HR module automatically monitors and alerts:

The journey of a leave request
- Colleague submits the request – selects dates, type of leave, designates a substitute (optional)
- Automatic check – the system alerts if there is an overlap with another leave, deadline task, or court date
- Notification to approver – email notification is sent to the decision-maker
- Approval or rejection – with a single click, optional comment
- Notification to requester – the colleague is informed of the decision via email
- Automatic accounting – the leave balance is updated immediately
