What exactly is this?
This innovative new feature allows a monthly work hour limit to be set for each case, which the system invoices at a flat rate. The real innovation lies in the fact that if the recorded work hours exceed this limit, the system automatically calculates and separately manages the exceeded hours, which are subject to an hourly rate billing.

In practice, it often happens that a flat rate agreement is made for a client, but in certain months the amount of work exceeds the planned limit. Until now, this posed a significant administrative burden:

How does it work in practice?
1. Setup
You can specify the monthly work hour limit, the flat rate amount, and the hourly rate to be applied in case of overrun for each case. For example: 20 hours/month, 200,000 HUF flat rate, 15,000 HUF/hour in case of overrun.
2. Work Hour Recording
Team members record their working hours for the given case in the usual way.
3. Automatic Calculation
The system continuously monitors how many hours have been worked on the given case:
- 0-20 hours: flat rate billing (400,000 HUF)
- 20+ hours: automatic hourly rate calculation for exceeded hours (30,000 HUF/hour)
4. Transparent Display
Thanks to clear markings, it is precisely visible how each work hour was accounted for and under what billing terms.
